The interactive workshop on intersectional collaboration with Kholoud Bidak is designed to expand our understanding of collaboration under the aspects of gender, race, physical (dis)ability, and with a particular focus on class and social background.
Kholoud Bidak is a BIPoC Queer feminist intersectional activist & political educator with focus on human rights, diversity and intersectionality. They have over 20 years of experience working in NGO’s, collectives and private sector on the African continent, in the Global South and Europe. Their work areas include trainings & workshops, consultancy, mediation & supervision, leading organizational development processes, event organizing, writing & translations.
