If you were allowed to determine your own salary, how much would you earn?
Unfortunately, we can't answer this question for you, but we can tell you how organizations and companies can find a working model (some call it "New Work") that gives their employees a high degree of autonomy and meaning. This requires new structures, roles and processes - and above all, new inner competences and capacities.
In the betterplace lab, we have been working in a self-organized way in competence-based hierarchies for six years.
